Fire & Materials
Share of timber that receives the gypsum above (rest sized fully exposed). Timber intensity = area-weighted blend.
Unshored (default): the filler beam is checked against wet concrete on the bare
section and cambered. Shoring removes that check and usually a section size with it.
Foundation
Parkade (below grade) and podium (above grade, with its transfer slab) are finitely modelled; both add dead weight that resists overturning, and their concrete flows to the take-off.
Seismic / Lateral
Lateral is analysed only with a core. Turn on the Loads overlay (⚡, top-left) to see
story forces and the mass-vs-rigidity eccentricity.
Lateral system
A cast slab is the diaphragm — screwed/plated spline tiers are timber connections and do not apply.
